Pregnancy can be everything all at once: magical, exhausting, hilarious, emotional, tender. My classes are a space to move, breathe, and feel like yourself (even when your body’s doing totally new things). We build strength, find softness, and honor each stage of pregnancy—with zero pressure to be anything other than exactly how you are.

This year, I deepened my path as a yoga teacher by becoming certified in prenatal and postnatal yoga through the Prenatal Yoga Center in New York City. What began as an effort to feel less anxious around pregnant people—something that used to leave me feeling awkward and unsure—turned into one of the most meaningful parts of my teaching journey.
Somewhere between the anatomy lessons, birth stories, and endless pelvic floor talk, I fell in love—with the power of pregnancy, the brilliance of the human body, and the kind of yoga that meets people in the thick of transformation.
